Following the successful world premiere of Judd Greenstein’s vibraphone concerto watershed with the Orchestre Philharmonique du Luxembourg in June 2025, the Württembergisches Kammerorchester Heilbronn took its turn as co-commissioner one year later. Under the direction of Risto Joost, Pascal Schumacher performed the work as part of the WKO’s season finale at the Harmonie Heilbronn (June 18) and at the Kornhaus Ulm (June 19), to great acclaim from the audience and in the presence of Judd Greenstein himself.

The concerts were recorded with a view to releasing the composition on CD at a later date.
