From this, a new service has emerged: consulting in sustainability, vision processes and progressive programme development, extending all the way to long‑term process support.

Through our many years of work as facilitators, bookers, managers and curators, we know the needs of the classical music sector first-hand and therefore offer advice that is both practical and tailored. Our experience is complemented by training and professional development in sustainability management for cultural institutions.

Sustainability was a key motivation for Justus to found fast forward classical, and for Dorothea and Lena one of the most important reasons to join the agency. We understand sustainability holistically across its three dimensions: ecological, social and economic. We therefore actively work towards our vision of an environmentally responsible, diverse and inclusive classical music industry.
