Female composers are still largely ignored - which is completely inexcusable and a huge loss for us all, for stating the obvious. A 2019 survey found that in 1,445 classical concerts across the globe that took place between 2018-2019, only 76 included a work by a woman. There is no lack of female composers, there is no lack of great works by these composers. Be outraged, raise the awarness, write to your local programmer.
